About Fencing
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Upon training at Hills Fencing Institute/Hills High School, registering for any classes, lessons, conditioning activities or tournaments held by H3 and its coaches. I agree to abide by the rules of USFA. I understand and appreciate that participation in a sport carries a risk to me of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept, and assume this risk and release Hs and Hills High School, their event organizers, officials, instructors, coaches and board members from any liability.
